The purpose of this study was to investigate the key factors for creating a positive visual perception response evaluation social media video communication. aim determine what light sources impact increase interactions in First, and effects communication were summarized analyzed through an interview consultation panel experts scholars. Key compiled into four dimensions (48 sub-dimensions), including (1) perception, with 12 sub-dimensions; (2) emotional (3) preference 11 (4) shape 13 sub-dimensions. Second, scholars invited form develop Delphi technique questionnaire. After three questionnaires conducted, mean (M), mode (Mo), standard deviation (SD) each statistically analyzed, one-sample Kolmogorov–Smirnov test used analyze appropriateness consistency survey results. results indicate that 15 sub-dimensions met criteria consistency, which establish evaluating responses This will provide technical reference digital messages improve quality
